Hello Everyone!!

It has been a very long time since I posted. I missed writing this blog with Apollo..but he is now happily married to someone else. We have maintained a friendship and I have moved on. Since breaking up with Apollo I have been involved 2 additional online long distant relationships and also a relationship that was not long distant.
I will share these experiences and all that I have learned. Hopefully my story can help others than are experiencing the same.

I  have not given up on love and never will. ...Until next time..:-))

Hello to All that Have Followed My Blog

It has been a long time that I have posted on this blog because Apollo told me he found a Greek girl that he started dating and I was devastated. Because of this I did not keep up the blog. I felt like my heart had been ripped to shreds.The feeling was undescribable and so much has happened. I have learned so much about love, especially online love.Also I feel wiser and know that it can be very difficult to maintain a long distance relationship. I wanted to post something because I still get  so many wonderful comments so I wanted to update things.
And yes I did meet someone else again even though I vowed not to ever date anywone again that I meet over the internet. (More about my new guy on next post)
I am also a member of Secondlife.com now and keep a blog on that site now, but I have been inspired to continue this blog also.

Wow...6 Months

Today marks the big 6 months since me and my guy met online. 6 wonderful glorious beautiful months. I would have never thought 6 months ago that I would be sitting here writing about my relationship, but this is something that I am passionate about. Okay people, lets hear some comments from others that have met someone in a non traditional way and fallen in love. I am floating on cloud 15 right now...wowwwwwwwwwww!!!!

Online Love

Is it really possible to meet someone online and fall in love? This is the question that I asked myself many months ago when I met that special someone online in a chat board.

I was surfing the internet one day in May of 2007 and decided that i would register with a chat site to meet and chat with new people all over the world. I was off work on medical leave so I had extra time to surf the net while I recuperated. One day I met someone in a chat room by the name of Apollo..wowwww...he had the same name of the Greek god and this sparked my interest. We began to chat and I learned that he lived in Greece and he was interesting in meeting new people too. We began to chat and I was so intrigued by him that I could have chatted with him for hours. He was such a gentleman and so polite and we had a lot of the same interests. Well it was very late in Greece as we had 7 hour time difference. We chatted for aproximately 2 hours that first time and little did I know that we both would begin to fall in love over the next few months.
Ok, I still ask myself if I am dreaming and some of my friends think that I am crazy. How could I possibly fall in love with someone that lives in Greece. Someone that I have never met in person or touched...Hmmmmmmm...well it is possible and we have developed a strong and loving bond over the past 6 months. This blog will serve as my diary as to how our relationship developed. I will share my innermost thoughts and feelings each day as our relationship continues to grow..
For those people that think it is impossible to meet and fall in love online, then you will have the opportunity to continue this journey with me. Through my words, thoughts and feelings.
